Easy Peanut Butter

Make your own
5

I hope you enjoy this simple peanut butter recipe. Remember to use unsalted roasted peanuts and feel free to adjust the ingredients to suit your own individual needs. I don’t like my peanut butter too salty, so I only added a teaspoon of salt to this batch of peanut butter. Below is the list of the things you’ll need as shown in the video.

  • Food processor.

  • Teaspoon.

  • Silicone spatula.

  • Digital scales.

  • Clean jar or other suitable container to store the peanut butter.

The ingredient list is also pretty simple.

  • 500g of roasted, unsalted peanuts.

  • Teaspoon of salt.

  • 20mLs of Oil - peanut or canola/vegetable oil.

Once completed the mixture should be a little bit runny. Putting the container into the fridge for a couple of hours will help to make it firm. Tip: If you’d prefer to make crunchy peanut butter, simply remove half a cup of peanuts after you’ve pulsed them a few times at the first step. Then stir them in at the end prior to adding the mixture to your jar or container.

Thank you for watching.

Ciao for now.
